Whether you’re a die-hard PC gamer, more console-oriented, or split your time between the two, you’re probably spending a lot of time sitting in a chair. Chairs designed for gaming offer ergonomic benefits and also improve the aesthetics of your gaming station.

So, don’t you think it’s time to treat yourself to one of the best gaming chairs around? There are many variations and several emblazoned brands in the market. Not all gaming chairs on sale, however, are worth the price. In this article, we have compiled a list of some of the best gaming chairs currently available.

Secretlab Titan Evo 2022

Secretlab is a high-profile name in gaming chairs because it is used by many professional gamers in the world. This flagship product shows just how comfortable a “nerdy piece of furniture” can be. It comes in three upholstery options: Neo hybrid leatherette, SoftWeave fabric, or the incredibly expensive Napa leather.

Whatever you choose, you’ll get an amazingly comfortable gaming chair, thanks to a built-in back support, 4D armrests, and a comfortable base for your lower back.

The lumbar support can be adjusted up, down, and outward, so you’ll be sure to get the right support for your spine. An outstanding magnetic head pillow can also be attached at different heights.

An ideal alternative to classic, uncomfortable straps, the head pillow highlights a well-designed chair. Obviously, it’s a chair that can recline so that you can rest for a moment after 8 hours of playing when you’re too exhausted to go to bed. The materials used in all the components are durable and sturdy.

There is no memory foam, but Secretlab uses cold foam to ensure that it is moderately firm and provides even weight distribution and relief from pressure exerted.

It is an expensive investment, but the Titan Evo 2022 comes with a five-year warranty, so it will surely last you a long time, no matter how many hours you spend in it.

Corsair T2 Road Warrior

The Corsair T2 Road Warrior has a wide seat and high back, ideal for gamers who want plenty of space. With adjustable cervical and lumbar cushions wrapped in soft microfiber fabric, you’ll get maximum support for the most important areas of your body.

The perforated PU leather backrest and cushion provide added breathability and comfort, while two-level custom color notes in yellow, red, blue, white, or black make it easy to match the chair to your setup’s style.

The lumbar support is protected by microfiber, so it’s nice and durable, though not ideal for cleaning. 4D armrests are also featured.

BraZen Phantom Elite

If you are looking for something cheaper, the BraZen Phantom Elite offers many options to the player. It is highly customizable and has adjustable armrests, nylon casters, lumbar and neck support cushions, and a mechanism for tilting and changing height.

It may not look as premium as some other offerings on this list, and the faux leather is probably not the most durable, but it still works well. While the company logo is a bit over the top, choosing featured color options helps here, and the quilted foam padding is great. You’ll want to sit down after construction, though, as the assembly is awkward and complicated compared to some of the more decorated rivals.

Vertagear SL5800

Few rivals can compete with Vertagear’s premium gaming throne for customization, thanks to not one but two optional LED lighting kits. One can add a full Fast and Furious-style light to the wheels, while the other replaces the headrest cutouts with RGB lighting. You can even customize the logos with your own (for a fee, of course).

It doesn’t just offer customization: the SL5800 also considers your back’s well-being, with a fixed support that adjusts to your back’s shape. If you are disciplined enough to stick to a proper sitting position, it will make you feel more rested after a gaming session. Keep in mind that this is not a one-size-fits-all chair, and the lack of adjustment may be a sore point. But for making an impression on live Twitch, nothing else comes close.

Secretlab Omega 2020

The Omega is a more affordable option that offers many of the key features found in the Titan Evo. These include height settings, 4D armrests, and a range of recline and rock-back options. It also uses cold foam to provide body support, but memory foam lumbar and head pillows are also available – great if you’re a fan of memory foam. This is a really comfortable experience that won’t give you back pain and will ensure you sleep very well at night. Finally, although its adjustability is not on par with the flagship Titan Evo model, it has plenty to offer. At an increased price, you can also upgrade to SoftWeave fabric or Napa leather.
